MY TOOTHBRUSH BRAND (mytoothbrushbrand.com) is a website owned by POWERS BRAND ENTERPRISE. We help individuals and businesses create their own uniquely branded toothbrushes. You can also choose from our current range of toothbrushes and packaging designs.

 WHAT SERVICES ARE WE OFFERING ? 

· HELPING INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES create their own unique designs of toothbrushes, brand names and logos.

· SALE OF TOOTHBRUSHES from our own existing range of toothbrushes to individuals and businesses. Our models are the LILLYROSE model 724, LILLYROSE ORAL CARE, POWERS model 316, POWERS model 316B.

· Helping you choose a brand name, creating a unique logo and packaging design for your toothbrush. You have the responsibility of conducting an official TRADEMARK search in your country, or the market where you will be selling the toothbrushes, to make sure the brand name or logo is not already in use by another individual or business.

· SAMPLES. Once a new design for a toothbrush is agreed upon, a sample will be made and sent to the client. Manufacturing samples comes with a fee to be paid by the client. We also send clients samples of our own models of toothbrush.

· CONFIRMATION. Clients once they receive samples, should confirm receiving samples. If samples meet the quality and design expectations of the client, the client may then decide to place an order.

· NO REFUNDS, no returns. Samples are not returnable, and there are no refunds for the cost of preparing, shipping, or manufacturing samples.

· DEPOSIT PAYMENT for manufacturing. 40% of the value of products ordered by the client will have to be paid before production can start on a customer’s order.

· PRODUCTION may take between 30-45 days depending on the size of the order.

· Production takes place in CHINA and we use third-party services and subcontractors to design, manufacture and transport our products.

· PAYMENT OF BALANCE. Once production is complete, the full balance of the invoice amount or value will have to be paid before the toothbrushes are released for shipment.

· SHIPMENT, FREIGHT, TRANSPORTATION. The customer can make their own arrangements to ship or transport products that have been transported, or we can assist you, if you request, to ship your products worldwide.

· The customer or client is responsible for paying all transportation, courier, or freight charges after production of their order is complete.

· BILL OF LADING

A Bill Of Lading (BOL) will be released to the customer (consignee) when FREIGHT and all other charges have been fully paid.

A bill of lading is a very important document in the shipping industry. A BOL gives proof that the goods have been received by the carrier (shipping company) as well as represents ownership of the goods being transported.

A BOL is required to claim and clear goods when they arrive at their destination. Shipper and consignee details are stated on the BOL; that is the information about the sender and recipient.
